zOPAL - First zVaults

zOPAL Vault is a tokenized investment vehicle built on Zoth's zVault infrastructure, providing on-chain access to BlackOpal's LiquidStone II strategy. It converts idle capital into yield-bearing assets backed by Brazilian credit card receivables and enhanced with Superstate's market-neutral strategies. It has Baa3 investment grade classification by Cicada Partners.

No. zOPAL is not a stablecoin. Unlike stablecoins that maintain a fixed $1.00 peg, zOPAL is a yield-bearing token whose value appreciates over time as the vault generates returns. When you redeem, you receive the current NAV per token in USDC, which should be higher than your entry value if the strategy has performed as targeted.

The zOPAL Vault is open to retail and institutional investors outside of restricted jurisdictions (US, UK & Sanctioned Countries). The vault interface applies geographic blocking for jurisdictions where access is not permitted.

Getting started is straightforward: Step 1 — Connect your Web3 wallet to the Zoth marketplace. Step 2 — Deposit USDC into the zOPAL Vault. Step 3 — Deposit request will be processed. Step 4 — Receive zOPAL tokens and begin accruing yield. Step 5 — Monitor your position via the Proof of Reserves dashboard and NAV updates.

No. There is zero lock-up. You can submit a redemption request at any time.

Submit a redemption request through the vault interface. Redemption is processed within 1 to 5 business days. Your request is queued, BlackOpal processes it through the fund, and you receive USDC once funds are available. Your zOPAL tokens are burned upon settlement. You will receive a redemption amount calculated based on applicable NAV at that point of time. Zoth does not control the timing of fund-side processing; it depends on BlackOpal's redemption operations.
